Oddly enough, we had one on the coast on Saturday during the Pacific City Birding and Blues Festival. It was hovering/hunting over some of the pasture units of the Nestucca Bay NWR. <br><br>Other highlights of the weekend included our first Barn Swallow of the year, Northern Rough-Winged Swallows, Marbled Godwit, and Blue-winged Teal (not to mention the duskys and Aleutian geese using the area with one Ross' mixed in there).
