[birding] Late Osprey nestling in Corvallis? Request for

I just got a phone call from a person who's been watching the Osprey
nest over the Van Buren bridge in downtown Corvallis.
They were concerned that one of the Osprey nestlings is still in the
nest, after the adults apparently have left.
I'd appreciate if observers who visit the downtown area could take a
little time to watch this nest, to see if there are any signs that the
bird is in distress (such as, repeated attempts to fly without getting
airborne, or distress calls from the nest).
Possibly this is just a juvenile hanging around, still staging for
migration and using the nest as a familiar place to rest.
A couple of years back one bird got tangled up in baling twine that the
Ospreys had used to line the nest, and had to be rescued. Let's hope
this isn't a repeat of that episode.
I'll appreciate reports to see if this bird is doing OK.
