A couple more thoughts:

The next few mornings could be a good time to get out and look for early
"neotropical" migrant warblers, vireos etc.

California' Central Valley is also getting a dose of this window of
nice, warm weather (80 F in Chico yesterday!), so warblers might be
encouraged to push northward as long as this holds up.

Orange-crowned Warblers are a bit overdue. The average first arrival in
the Corvallis area is March 21st. Prior to Jim's report from Bald Hill
this morning, ebird shows just a single Corvallis report from March 4th
which might represent a wintering bird. But maybe the floodgates are
finally opening!
