[birding] Luckiamute State Natural Area

Oops, forgot to mention that a pair of NORTHERN ROUGH-WINGED SWALLOWS
was over the Santiam River confluence at Luckiamute Landing, and a
couple more were with a mixed swallow flock foraging over the Luckiamute
River at the northwest corner of the Luckiamute Cooperative Management
Area.
