Hi All,
It was a tough day of birding between squalls and in the wind all day.
At Finley NWR we saw two PURPLE MARTINS. One was near the west
boundary of the refuge on Bruce Road, and the other was with the huge
swallow swarm over McFadden Marsh. The two AMERICAN WHITE PELICANS
were still there in the afternoon.
There were 3 RED-NECKED PHALAROPES on the first pond at the Philomath
Sewage Ponds in the late afternoon.
Good Birding,
Rich
