[birding] Where Are All the Red-Shouldered Hawks?

They are all around Fern Ridge. Actually, during the nesting season Red-shouldered Hawks can become quite secretive. They quit calling incessantly (as they do in March and early April) and they tend not to be as conspicuously perched as they are at other times of the year. About mid-July or so they will magically reappear in all their usual haunts.
