[birding] Polk County migration count changed to SUNDAY, May 9

Hi all,

Since Saturday caused difficulties for the couple of you who responded,
and also conflicts with counts in Benton, Marion, and Yamhill County,
we're changing the Polk County migration count to SUNDAY, May 9th. Hope
this makes it possible for a few more of you to join us.

As before, the record-keeping for this count is minimal: species
numbers, and your miles and hours in the field (or just hours, if you
stay in your yard).
