[birding] Red-necked Phalaropes, Eugene

This evening at 6:30 there were 19 RED-NECKED PHALAROPES , a BLACK PHOEBE
and 5 species of Swallows at the LCC Ponds on 30th Ave. in Eugene. Most of
the Phalaropes were in the middle pond. The phoebe and a few Phalaropes were
in the largest pond to the east.
