Join the Natural Area's Celebration Week tomorrow for its next events
 of the week. Following are detailed
descriptions of each activity and where to find us when. 


 
Sunday,May 2nd

 
9am-12 E.E. Wilson Wildlife Area Nature Walk with the 
Neighborhood Naturalist Program 
 E.E. Wilson is a little-known place
 that's full of wildlife. On this easy walk, we'll look at all kinds of 
birds, plants, and whatever else we find. Bring binoculars and dress 
appropriately for the weather. Travel North on 99W to Camp Adair Rd.

11am-4pm Spring Garden Sale 
 Come and see what the 
Native Plant Society has to offer to spruce up the yard the native way! 
The Natural Areas Action Team will have a booth with information about 
this week's events. Join Pat Breen on a Tour of Trees from 1-3pm 
starting at the Gazebo in Central Park and ending on the OSU campus. 
Located on Madison Ave near the Art Center.

3-5pm Movie: A Mid-Valley Safari by the Neighborhood 
Naturalist Program 
 A spectacular and eye-opening movie showcasing 
the natural treasures, and a few surprises, in our midst. Featuring 
birds, native plants, mammals and more, this movie will transform this 
place we call home into a destination that rivals the wildlife 
spectacles of distant lands. The movie is a little over an hour. Located

Special Guests: Chintimini Wildlife Center will be 
showcasing a few of their education birds after the movie in the meeting
 room of the library. Come and get an up close introduction to a Barn 
Owl, a Kestrel and possibly the Barred/Spotted Owl hybrid.
