Hello folks,
Three PINE SISKINS showed up in our yard today and are gathering wool
from our sheep fence. Perhaps this means that they're nesting in nearby
conifers.
A pair of WESTERN BLUEBIRDS is visiting one of our bluebird houses, and
feeding in the areas where the sheep have been grazing.
Our yard now has one ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER singing every morning (for
several days now) and two male RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRDS, no females yet.
Happy birding,
Joel
