[birding] Rough-legged hawks?

Thanks Jeff.  I saw two Rough-legs about mid-week last week, out sort of
near Tangent.  (Have more detailed notes somewhere.)  I haven't checked the
Prairie Overlook at Finley in a while.  Steve
