[birding] Reminder - list will be unavailable for a bit

We're going to switch the internal internet address as I mentioned a  
week or so ago.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Worst case it will be unreachable until sometime in the morning (worst  
case being I've messed up the configuration and have to drive to the  
datacenter and log in via the console and fix it).
