[birding] Soap Creek Valley birds

Hello folks,

Speaking of RED-SHOULDERED HAWKS, the OSU Soap Creek Beef Ranch today
had one along Tampico Rd near the creek crossing. A NORTHERN SHRIKE was
along the fenceline south of Tampico, and a 3rd-year BALD EAGLE was
perched near the intersection with Wiles Rd. A couple of KESTRELS and
RED-TAILED HAWKS rounded out the raptors.
