[birding] crossbills, Hutton's

During my noontime walk today to the top of Sisters Pl. (northwest Corvallis) I heard 3 red crossbills fly over.  On Saturday a Hutton's Vireo was singing, the first I'd heard "this spring."  Bewick's Wrens are also singing more regularly now.  Sunday I momentarily glimpsed (while driving by) what might have been a Peregrine flying over the CVHS athletic field.
