[birding] saturday

1. this saturday (jan 9) is the 2nd saturday of the month corvallis audubon 1/2 day field trip.
2. Meet at Benton Center 757 NW Polk Ave at 7:30 AM to carpool.  Bring Binoculars, water, and sturdy shoes for the walk along a local birding trail. 
3. i will be leading.
4. the forcast looks at least decent with temperature close to 50 and hopefully very little rain..
5. so far i plan to go to the e e wilson area to look for the yellow-bellied sapsucker and do a short walk on e e wislon to look for swamp sparrow and other sparrows. also to robison road where there have been many birds of prey (shrike, kite, kestrals, red-tails, harriers, rough-leggeds, prairie falcon) and then on to hopefully both swans on airlie road.
