My ISP will be moving my server to a new block of numeric internet  
addresses (IPs) next week.

The list and birdnotes won't be down, but it might take a short period  
of time (hours, at most) for your ISPs name server to catch up with  
the change.  My ISP will be setting the refresh time those domains to  
15 minutes, but it might take longer for your ISP to honor the change.

Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.   It's just coincidence  
that my ISP is changing the server IPs for the first time in all the  
years I've hosted the server there a couple of weeks after moving the  
midvalleybirding.org domain to it!
