[birding] Black hawk

I went to look for the black hawk where it was originally found along pacific blvd, i searched for probly 2 hours on all the side roads nearby as well(i cant remember the names), no black hawk.
Although on loony ave there was a adult GOLDEN EAGLE pearched very close to us, it was at the end of the road, west of the first house on a telephone pole.
There were also alot of CHIPPING SPARROW and BARN SWALLOW.
