There was a POSSIBLE COMMON BLACK-HAWK at LBCC where oak creek and 99 cross in albany. I did not see it, my step grand parents saw it and they are birders, they saw a woman watching it so it could be a pet. They are convinced it was not a dark morph rough-legged.
