[birding] Sage Thrasher directions

I was able to get pictures of the Sage Thrasher found by Jim Rivers. The
Richardson Hall parking lot is on the south side of the Hall. Go to the
weedy vacant lot immediately west of that lot and directly south of the
FRESC building.  There are brambles, weeds, 6 or 8 metal storage containers,
and a Sage Thrasher in there. It's all behind a  fence, but there is a gap
in the chain link fence between the Richardson Hall parking lot on the
northeast corner.

I think this is a Benton County first record.  Good work, Jim!
