[birding] Rough-legged round-up

Thanks Joel. I haven't seen any Rough-legged hawks for well over a week or
maybe two weeks now and I appreciate the post, maybe I'll make a point of
driving up to take a peek at them. Also, I haven't seen any Rough-legged
hawks at my favorite "hot spot" of the Prairie Overlook at FInley NWR for
several weeks now, and I've looked several times, including this evening.
PS I saw an Osprey today just E of the Knife River gravel pits E of
Corvallis on 34. I think it is only my 3rd sighting of the season; I know
there have been many other reports around the valley by now.
