Hello All,
The eagles reported by R. Hale are still in the field next to Hwy 99 just south of Finley Rd. There were at least two sheep carcasses in the field and I counted 18 Bald Eagles, only two of them adults. 36 Elk were out just south of the N. Prairie Overlook. On Bruce Rd. near the trail to the blind, there were at least 3 pair of Cinnamon Teal with 8 or more Greater Yellowlegs. Green-winged Teal, Pintails, Ring-necked Ducks, and Widgeon are present with the Mallards. Where the water comes close to the road at Cheadle Marsh, a pair of Hooded Mergansers were diving and displaying.
