[birding] Re: Stirring Up Skulkers

     Having heard Joel remark on the return of "winter" birds such as Lincoln's Sparrows, I played the song of Lincoln's while on the Marys Riv. Nat. Area boardwalk a short while ago.  Instantly 3 or 4 chips were heard in the tall grass, and one bird flew to the willows, perching where I could see it.  Lincoln's, indeed.  Fox Sparrow song yielded no results.
