[birding] no CC longspur

marcia cutler and i walked the entire field south of bruce road across from 
the scrape from about 1115 to 1 (beautiful day for a walk).
we saw probably 20-25 horned larks (most of them many times) and probably 50 
american pipits, but no longspur. i think we would have seen it if it had 
been with the larks as we scoped groups of larks many times.
there was a 1st winter bald eagle and a northern harrier.
mcfaddin marsh had 6 great egrets.
