Hello folks,
Today on a long walk around the Adair Village & vicinity, I came across
a group of about eight people with sticks, beagles, and one immature
GOSHAWK wearing falconer's jesses, all of which seemed to be engaged in
trying to chase up a rabbit at Adair Wildlife Area.
Other notable birds (not wearing jesses so presumed wild) during the
walk included about two HERMIT THRUSHES and four WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS
in the south part of E.E. Wilson Wildlife Area (three in one group), and
seven WESTERN BLUEBIRDS in Adair Village.
Happy birding,
Joel
