[birding] Philomath STP 11/23

Hi All,
Looked at my e-mail this morning and thought it was April 2 with RB Merganser, Barrow's Goldeneye, Heerman's Gulls, etc. reported from Philomath on Sunday. Doug's photos proved that assumption wrong. So, I made a run out there mid-morning. The Barrow's Goldeneye continued, but the other noteworthies had moved on. Still, it was nice to spend some time there.
