[birding] landfill area

paula vanderhuel and i went out to the dump and e e wilson from 1030-1230.
1. e e wilson ponds had zero birds. there was an immature coopers hawk perched near hq.
2. toketie marsh had 1 heron and 1 egret
3. the dump had 1000+ starlings, 200+ crows, 20+ ravens, and about 10 gulls. the gulls were just soaring quite high and we are not good at soaring gulls. they were most likely herring and/or ring-billed and/or california, but not sure of any. we stopped 3 times hoping to find them resting on the ground, but did not get that.
4. robison road had a lot of hawks - 2 rough-legged, 10+ red-tails, maybe 3 harriers, and a few kestrals.
5. the corner of airlie/99 had 11 swans. although we are not sure we think they were all TUNDRA SWANS.
