A flock of about 50 Tundra Swans was flying southeast while I was out for a morning break. I haven't heard many reports of swans yet. A Pileated Woodpecker was flying in circles over the Marys/Willamette confluence and BMX track making the kuk-kuk-kuk call the whole time he was in flight. Lisa www.neighborhood-naturalist.com
