tom snetzinger just called me from basket slough. he found by walking dike between coville rd and hq and looking east
1. AVOCET - far east end of water
2. BLACK-NECKED STILT- far east end of water
3. WHIMBREL - midway across
4. BONAPARTE'S GULLS - midway across
