1. the ROCK WREN was still there at 1145 on the rocks just below the last corner near the top opf mary's peak.
2. there were BAND-TAILED PIGEONS everywhere up there. a loose flock of 75 flew over at one point and i saw 10+ more as 1 here and 2 there.

Rich Hoyer called at 8:20 to say that he and his tour group had just found a ROCK WREN on Marys Peak.
Directions: Along the road to the very top, at the south-facing slope (i.e. close to the peak & antennas), before the bend with the scree slope where there are some rocks just below the road. At one point it flew to below the lone small Noble fir that is growing there.
