[birding] Sooty Grouse at Fitton Green 05/16/09

A few male Sooty Grouse were still 'singing' at Fitton Green on Saturday.
We heard them at 10 am and they were still going strong at 2:30 pm.

 

Park at the Panorama entrance and walk in until you reach the fence at the
old landslide.   They sounded like they were in the large Doug Firs just
beyond this on the right-hand side as you walk in.
