[birding] BN Stilts at WLFinley

In addition to the stilts, if you scan with a scope the south side of Bruce
Road, there are lots of pools of standing water; those pools had 6
Black-bellied Plovers, 25 Semipalmated Plovers, 12 Western Sandpipers, 2
Dunlins, and 131 Least Sandpipers this morning.  Still 3 American Pipits,
too; getting late for those.
