[birding] BN Stilts at WLFinley

We were out on a tour with Dave Marshall, Tom McAllister and their wives earlier today and found two black-necked stilts and a yellow-headed blackbird at the Mitigation Wetland (also being called "the scrape") on Bruce Rd. Plenty of standing water around so there might just be more out there!
