[birding] new yard bird

1. today we had a new yard bird here in north corvallis for 1st time in a long time when 8 TURKEY walked through our yard. i know that is not exciting but it was to us.
2. we have both RUFOUS & ANNA'S HUMMINGBIRDS, both chickadees, both jays, lesser goldfinches, townsend's warblers, couple yellow-rumps, juncos, towhees, and house finches sometimes. 
3. a SHARP-SHINNED HAWK surveyed the yard from our fence for a short time yesterday but did not try for anything.
