Thank you Steve Seibel! There are eagles! There were two dead sheep, not
lambs, in a field bounded by Sand Ridge, Wheatland, Blatchford,Glaser About
4/5 miles (4000 Ft.) south of Hwy 34.
The map is here- http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q

Two photos-
http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3632/3350249576_2cc81c173f_b.jpg I counted as
many six to eight in the area, plus one I saw before. Strange to see 'heat
waves' again!
http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3628/3349430289_5b24735a25_b.jpg I followed
one to a side road.
Was this one a golden or a juvenile?

A flock of killdeer in the area too.
http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3545/3349449099_22f9cb081e_b.jpg All kinds of
'wing shapes!'
More photos are at the top of http://www.flickr.com/photos/rushhourphoto/
for a couple of days.
Thank you Steve for the info!!
