[birding] Re: Black Phoebe/Taylor Water Plant

    I was biking the paved trail along the river in Willamette Park heading south.  Behind the water plant one bird was sitting/calling doing its tseee,  on the rail surrounding one of the ponds.  Must be a permanent resident, assuming it's the same one frequently mentioned from that locale.
