[birding] Is this a Yellow-rumped Warbler?

Without consulting any literature, my gut feeling on this bird is Myrtle, as well, based on the whiteness of the throat and the way the throat patch "curls" back to below the cheek area.

At any rate, great photos and always a fun bird to watch. There are quite a few (both Myrtle and Audubon's) in my South Corvallis neighborhood right now.

Yes, Yellow-rumped Warbler, Myrtle Warbler subspecies--beautiful shots!  (My ID as to subspecies could be challenged... I haven't done a lot of separating Y-r Warbler subspecies.)

I’m stumped. Looking at a number of photos is confusing so I’m asking the experts- is this a Yellow-rumped Warbler? >From Finley’s McFadden Marsh bridge Sunday, the 18th. Behavior- was chasing gnats and constantly on the move.
