[birding] Finley 2/22

A few quick highlights from today:
Don and I saw an ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER at McFadden Marsh today.  We also heard a VIRGINIA RAIL "grunting" near the blind.  A NORTHERN SHRIKE was still at the prairie overlook.
>From Bald Top we saw some of the elk lounging in a field near Cattail Pond.  There were cougar tracks in mud in the NW part of the refuge.
