[birding] John Scharff Migratory Bird Festival in Burns

1. i am not sure if all know about this so i thought i would post it to the listserve
2. check out their web site:  www.migratorybirdfestival.com.  The festival runs from Friday, April 3 thru Sunday, April 5.  Kenn Kaufmann will be the keynote speaker, which should be a real treat.  There are many field trips offered, from all-day birding trips to short, local historical tours.  there is a Sage Grouse trip and an Owling trip and lots of others.
3. The web site should be open for registration 
4. glen lindeman sent me a note that he is going, and we might possibly go.
