I was sitting out on the deck today looking at some waterfowl and I
glimpsed a TOWNSENDS WARBLER in the thickets, it flew out of site but
I brought out my trusty IBIRD EXOLORER PLUS app on my Iphone and
played the warblers song and he sure enought came on back and I got
the best look at the little guy. Ibird is my favorite thing in the
world, if you own an IPhone/iPod touch then I would suggest getting
this app. It is 19.99$ in the app store and is well worth the money.
It's features are
A complete list of all north American birds in including rare vagrants
like BRAMBLING, to common birds the AMERICAN CROW.
A accurate range map for each bird.
A song and call for each bird.
It includes painted photes and real photos for each bird.
For each bird you can right a note.
Favorite catagory( I use this for life list).
For each bird it includes detailed identificating help.
