[birding] Raptors at Finley NWR Prairie overlook

Hi all-- I drove out a bit in the afternoon yesterday Dec 9 -- near 99W and
Llewellyn I saw 2 Rough-legged hawks-- then at the Prairie overlook at
Finley NWR I saw at least 3 White-tailed kites-- mostly they hang out way
off to the southeast, toward the red barn that is visible in the distance--
one of the highlights of the afternoon was watching a White-tailed kite
harass a soaring dark-morph Rough-legged hawk.  If they had been a bit
closer, they would have made a spectacular photo.  An adult Bald eagle flew
low overhead.  Lots of swans were out and about, and one egret.  A
red-tailed Martin Mars made an unusal addition to the afternoon skies.
