Ron et al.,

For the last 8-10 years there has been a small hearty group of Turkey Vultures that has wintered west of Eugene. I saw (presumably) the same group of six at two different sites about two hours apart last Wednesday. As many as 11 vultures have wintered here at times.

> Today as I was leaving the Eugene airport, I watched 3 Turkey Vultures flying. I stopped and watched with binoculars. They were most definitely Turkey Vultures. I would have thought that they would all be gone by now.
