[birding] Linn County Horned Larks and Merlin

While driving backroads in Linn County today I encountered a field with at least 33 Horned Larks.  They were in a field about 200 to 300 yards southwest of the in intersection of Tangent Dr and Parker Rd.  

I also found a Merlin at the Sandridge Cemetery.  Link to photo follows.
