[birding] Corvallis Spotted Sandpiper

12-5-09 Willamette Park, Corvallis

Lisa and I spent a very cold but clear and beautiful morning at Willamette Park. Lots of the regular birds.

We saw a Spotted Sandpiper fly north along the Willamette River. 

Numerous: Winter Wren, Fox Sparrow, Brown Creeper, Downy Woodpecker

Notable: Bald Eagle, Hermit Thrush, Pine Siskin, Hairy Woodpecker and a Hutton's Vireo singing.
