[birding] Snag Boat Bend Closure [Linn Co.]

I just received the following announcement from the Finley Refuge  
people:


Effective immediately, the Snag Boat Bend Unit of William L. Finley  
National Wildlife Refuge is closed to all public access due to bridge  
construction. Restoration work should take approximately two weeks.  
Visitors should contact the Refuge PRIOR to entry to verify official  
re-opening.
