[birding] downtown

[rich armstrong]

i walked around the little park across from the library (monroe & 7th area). in just a few minutes i counted
20+ orange-crowned warblers
10+ yellow-rumped (mostly audubons, but at least 2 myrtle)
2 evening grosbeaks
2 downy woodpeckers
vaux swifts and violet-green swallows overhead
a white-crowned sparrow singing continuously
