[birding] Immature Bald eagle near Brownsville

Hi birders,

Last evening I saw an immature Bald eagle perched near the waste water treatment plant just outside of Brownsville last evening (I think this is on Seven Mile Rd).? I also heard a Western meadowlark singing at the intersection of Linn West Rdand the 99E.
