[birding] Caspian Tern, Benton Co

I checked it about 3 pm. No Caspian tern. Joel Geier arrived shortly after
me. I walked back to the second pond. Only ducks I saw were 2 Cinnamon
Teal, Wood Duck, Northern Shoveler, and Mallard. One TV flew over as I was
leaving. No shorebirds.
